1. Commitment to GDPR
We are committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which went into effect May 25, 2018. The regulation contains the most significant changes to European data privacy legislation in the last 20 years, designed to give EU citizens more control over their data and seeks to unify a number of existing privacy and security laws under one comprehensive law.
2. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following data protection rights:
- The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
3. Data Processing
As a data processor, we process personal data only on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions. We have entered into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with our vendors to ensure that your data is protected throughout our supply chain.
4. International Data Transfers
We may transfer your data outside the EEA. When we do so, we ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection by using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by relying on other lawful mechanisms.
5. Data Protection Officer
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy policy. If you have any questions about this policy, including any requests to exercise your legal rights, please contact the DPO using the details set out below.
