Last updated: November 2025

1. Introduction

We are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities, and to ensuring that its supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking. This statement sets out the actions we have taken to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to our business and to put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business and our supply chains.

2. Organizational Structure and Supply Chains

We are a technology company providing AI-powered meeting assistance software. We operate primarily in the United Kingdom but have a global user base. Our supply chain is relatively simple, consisting mainly of:

  • Cloud service providers and data centers
  • Software and SaaS vendors
  • Professional services and consultancy
  • Office equipment and supplies

3. Policies

We operate the following policies that describe our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations:

  • Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all our workers, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, our organization. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking.
  • Employee Code of Conduct: Our code makes clear to employees the actions and behavior expected of them when representing our organization. We strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behavior when operating abroad and managing our supply chain.

4. Due Diligence Processes

We undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly review our existing suppliers. Our due diligence and reviews include:

  • Mapping the supply chain broadly to assess particular product or geographical risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • Evaluating the modern slavery and human trafficking risks of each new supplier.
  • Reviewing on a regular basis all aspects of the supply chain based on the supply chain mapping.

5. Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.

6. Approval

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2025.
